Privacy policy

This policy describes Dispo Giant, the wholesale real estate workspace at dispogiant.com and app.dispogiant.com, including the Dispo Giant apps for iPhone and Android. It is the product's own description of its data practices. It is not a substitute for a review by your counsel before you submit the apps to Apple or Google.
Account and workspace data
When you create an account or are invited to a workspace, Dispo Giant stores:
- Name, email address, and a password hash
- Role, workspace membership, and permissions
- Records you add: property leads, notes, tasks, contacts (name, phone, email, mailing address), buyer criteria, campaign messages, marketplace listings, and offers
- Usage counts for metered actions such as searches and skip traces
Property and owner data
Searches and property profiles can retrieve public-record property data from ATTOM. Skip trace, when you run it, can retrieve owner phone numbers and emails from a skip-trace provider such as BatchData. That data is about property owners and other people, not only about your account.
Messages and AI
SMS and email you send through the product are processed by the provider you connect, or by the platform fallback when one is configured (Twilio, Resend, or a similar service). Deal summaries and drafted messages that use AI are sent to OpenAI. Maps on the website use Mapbox.
Billing
Paid plans are sold on the website through Stripe. Dispo Giant stores the plan, seat count, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card numbers are entered on Stripe and are not stored by Dispo Giant. The iOS and Android apps do not sell subscriptions, digital goods, or upgrades, and they do not link to checkout.
Mobile apps
The iOS and Android apps currently:
- Sign you in with the email and password for an existing account
- Store the session token in the device secure store (Keychain on iOS, Keystore-backed storage on Android)
- Show property search results, saved leads, and the pipeline for that account
The apps do not request location, contacts, camera, photos, microphone, advertising ID, or tracking permission. They do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Sign-in and workspace data are sent to the Dispo Giant API over HTTPS.
Who else processes data
Providers above process data only to perform the feature you used. Marketplace listings and offers you publish are visible to other Dispo Giant users. Dispo Giant does not sell personal information.
How long data is kept
Account and workspace data is kept while the account exists. Deleting the account removes that user and, when you are the only member, the workspace you own, including leads, contacts, and listings tied to you. Records that belong to a workspace with other members are not deleted until those members are removed and you delete the account.
Children
Dispo Giant is a business product and is not directed at children under 13.
Deletion and contact
You can delete an account from the iOS or Android app on the Profile screen, or on the website after you sign in, at Settings → Account. The steps are also listed on the data deletion page.
If you cannot sign in, there is not yet a monitored privacy email for this deployment. Deletion is available from the app Profile screen and from Settings → Account while you can sign in.
